摘　　要：心理健康教育在高校辅导员工作中占有重要地位,班级团体心理辅导作为帮助辅导员提高学生心理素质、伴随学生心理成长的利器被广泛应用于各高校。在现有的班级团体辅导的基本模式上,探讨团体心理辅导的一种创新形式,并提出具体实施办法,旨在为高校辅导员提供心理健康教育工作上的创新方法,以便更好地开展工作。Mental health education plays an important role in the work of college counselors. Class group counseling is widely used in colleges as a tool to help counselors improve their students＇ psychological quality and help students to have more healthy lives. In order to provide college counselors with innovative methods in mental health education, and make the psychological health education work of colleges more in-depth. This article explores an innovative mode on the basic model of current class group counseling, and put forward specific implementation measures of it.
