摘  要:QN集团有限公司由于发展缓慢及技术落后的原因,大部分变电站设备老化、技术落后,仍采用人员巡视、手抄变电站电压、电流、功率等数据。对于事故及异常等信号需要人为记录和交接。这样一来会造成变电站母线进线记录不及时、电量不平衡、线损无法如实反映等情况,给单位能效指标、经济效益分析带来了诸多不便。本文以构建变电站自动化监控系统的物理模型为手段,设计出一个能在计算机网络环境上实施的变电站自动化监控系统开发方案。开发理念和技术手段的应用都将以实现变电站自动化监控系统的计算机辅助管理为目的,并对监控系统的软、硬件选型进行了配置,实现了现场主控单元通信功能和间隔层的测控保护功能,与后台监控功能相结合,构成了QN集团有限公司变电站自动化监控系统的总体框架。Due to the slow development and backward technology,most of the substation equipment of QN Group Co., Ltd. is aging and backward in technology, and personnel patrol and hand-copied data of substation voltage, current and power are still in use. Signals such as accidents and anomalies need to be recorded and handed over. As a result, the substation bus line entry record is not timely, the power is not balanced, and the line loss cannot be accurately reflected. This has brought many inconveniences to the unit energy efficiency index and economic benefit analysis. Based on the physical model of the substation automatic monitoring system, a substation automatic monitoring system development program that can be implemented in the computer network environment is designed. The development concept and the application of technical means will realize the computer-aided management of the substation automatic monitoring system, and configure the software and hardware selection of the monitoring system, realize the communication function of the on-site main control unit and the measurement and control protection function of the interval layer. Combined with the background monitoring function, it constitutes the overall framework of the substation automatic monitoring system of QN Group Co., Ltd.
