摘 要:改革开放以来,我国旅游业发展迅速,旅游开发已得到人们的广泛关注。基于湖北恩施土家族苗族自治州巴东县神农溪纤夫文化旅游区的网络舆情,运用内容分析法,分析湖北旅游开发进程。研究发现:一是大多数游客经过观光游览后对景区的主要印象停留在峡谷、河道、动植物等自然风景方面;二是拉纤、号子、漂流、游船等特色文化体验项目受到绝大部分游客的偏爱;三是游客对景区所处县城位置的通勤性、景区观光游览损耗时间以及船工拉纤效率存在不满情绪。依据分析结果,研究提出了掌握景区特色文化、打造多样化旅游产品,注重游客偏好倾向、加强特色文化传播,完善景区管理机制、保障游客体验质量等三个方面的湖北旅游开发路径建议。Since the reform and opening up, China's tourism industry has developed rapidly, and tourism development has received widespread attention. Based on the network public opinion of Shennongxi Tracker Cultural Tourism Zone in Badong County, Hubei Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, the content analysis method was used to analyze the tourism development process in Hubei. The study found that: First, the majority of tourists after sightseeing tour make the main impression of the scenic area such as canyon, rivers, animals and plants and other natural scenery ; Secondly, pull fiber, horn, drifting, cruise and other cultural experience projects are preferred by the majority of tourists; Thirdly, the tourists are dissatisfied with the commuting of county location of the scenic spot, the loss of sightseeing time in the scenic spot and the efficiency of the boat pulling fiber. According to the analysis results, the research suggests that the Hubei tourism development path should grasps the characteristic culture of the scenic spot, creates diversified tourism products, pays attention to tourists preference tendency, strengthens the characteristic cultural communication, improves scenic area management mechanism of the scenic spot, and guarantees the qualily of the tourist experience.
