淠史杭灌区续建配套与节水改造成效分析

摘　　要：本文简要说明了淠史杭灌区续建配套与节水改造工程概况、建设规划目标和项目完成情况,分析了工程建设成效。结果表明:该工程的实施增强了工程的调控和防洪能力,提高了工程运行的安全可靠性,节约了水资源,提高了灌溉保证率,保障了灌区城镇发展用水需求,改善了区域水生态环境和管理设施条件。并提出了应继续加大对灌区建设的投资力度,并编制灌区现代化升级改造规划的建议。The general situation of Pishihang Irrigation District Renewal Construction Ancillary Construction and Water Saving Reconstruction Project, construction planning goal and project completion are briefly introduced in the paper. The effect of the project construction is analyzed. The results show that the implementation of the project strengthens the control and flood control capacity of the project, thereby improving the safety and reliability of the project operation, saving water resources, increasing the irrigation guarantee rate, guaranteeing the water demand for urban development in the irrigation area, and improving the regional water ecological environment and management facilities. It is suggested to continuously increase investment in the construction of irrigation district, and formulate plans for the modernization and upgrading of irrigation district.
