摘  要:为提高引黄涵闸除险加固工程施工效率成立质量管理小组。通过分析易出现施工质量问题的关键环节与薄弱部位,分析影响施工效率的末端因素,确定了主要原因。结合国内外先进施工技术,将水泥基渗透结晶性材料应用于老化混凝土修复施工中,将新的胶合方法、新的模具、新的安装工艺用于止水修复施工中,不仅提高了工程质量水平,确保了水闸兴利效益的发挥,也提升了施工效率,节约了施工成本。A quality management team is set up to improve the construction efficiency of Yellow River Diversion Culvert Sluice Risk Removal and Reinforcement Project. Key links and weak parts prone to construction quality problems are analyzed, and the terminal factors affecting construction efficiency are analyzed for determining main reasons. Domestic and foreign advanced construction technology is combined for applying cement-based permeable crystalline materials in the ageing concrete repair construction. New agglutination method, new molds and new installation technology are used in water stop repair construction, thereby improving the level of the engineering quality, ensuring the eeonomical benefits of the sluices, improving the construction efficiency, and saving the construction cost.
