摘　　要：良好的公共场所卫生环境是预防疾病、保障人体健康的基础。生活中,酒店毛巾"一擦到底"的现象常被媒体曝光,但因其行为的隐蔽性和不固定性,执法人员在日常监督中较难主动发现,且惩处力度较小。本文通过卫生执法人员在监督抽检过程中,以检测报告不合格作为线索和重要证据,对未按规定对顾客用品用具进行消毒、保洁的违法行为进行处罚,对处理此类案件提供参考和借鉴。并从案件中深入剖析卫生检测不合格对应的法律存在的不完善之处,提出思考和建议。Good public health environment is the basis for the prevention of disease and the protection of human health.In life,the phenomenon of the hotel towel used in everywhere is often exposed by the media.But because that their behavior is hidden and not fixed,law enforcement officers in daily supervision is more difficult to actively find,and less punishment.In the supervision and inspection process,health law enforcement officers take the disqualified test report as a clue and important evidence to punish the illegal acts of not accordance with the provisions of consumer supplies for disinfection,to provide reference of such cases.From analyzing the incomplete regulation of disqualified test report,this paper put forward thinking and suggestions.
