摘　　要：医疗纠纷的调解一般是指中立于医患双方的第三人,依据纠纷事实和社会规范,促成医患双方达成和解协议,化解医患矛盾的一种纠纷解决方式。医疗事故技术鉴定的主体、程序特殊性使鉴定专家进行医疗纠纷调解具备一些特征和显著的优势。近年来,南通市医学会医疗事故鉴定过程中积极探索鉴定专家调解医疗纠纷,促使医患化解矛盾、解决争议,成为第三方调解医疗纠纷新模式。Medical dispute mediation generally refers to the third part independent to the doctors and patients,who promote the settlement between doctors and ptients according to the facts and social norms.It＇s a way o dispute resolution.The main body and sepcial program of medical accident technology appraisal make the medical dispute mediation have significant advantages.In recent years,Nantong Medical Association explored the medical dispute mediation during the process of mdical accident technology appraisal,to dissolve the contradiction and dispute resolution.It became a new mode of third-party medical dispute mediation.
