摘 要:本文利用LMDI方法对2003—2015年我国电力强度的变化趋势进行分解,分解结果表明,电力使用效率的提高对我国电力强度的下降起到促进作用,主导着电力强度的变化,而结构变化虽然会抑制电力强度的下降,在电力强度的变化中处于次要地位,但是此抑制作用在逐渐减弱,近期已出现降低电力强度的现象,其中主要部门结构调整会降低电力强度,子部门结构调整会提升电力强度,而产业结构调整对电力强度下降的推动作用已逐步显现。为进一步降低电力强度,本文建议全面提升电力使用效率,完善电力价格市场化改革,深入推进经济结构优化调整。In this paper, the LMDI method is used to decompose the trend of electricity intensity change in China from 2003 to 2015. Decomposition results show that the improvement of the efficiency of electric power not only plays an important role in the decline of the electricity intensity, but also dominates the change of electricity intensity. Although structural changes inhibit the decline in power and are in a secondary position in the change of power, the inhibition is gradually decreased. The structural adjustment of the main departments will reduce the electricity intensity. The structural adjustment of the sub-sector will increase the electricity intensity. The impact of industrial structure adjustment on the decline of power intensity has gradually emerged. To further reduce the electricity intensity, this paper proposes to improve the efficiency of power in an all-round way, perfect the market reform of electricity price and optimize economic structure.
