摘　　要：随着集成电路技术的不断革新,印制板上的元器件密度也体现高度集成的特点。如何保证电路板元器件的焊接质量成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文基于LabVIEW设计开发了电路板检测系统,对电路板进行必要的缺陷检测,完成了图像定位配准、图像预处理、图像分割、图像识别等功能,具有智能化和实用性的优点。With the continuous innovation of integrated circuit technology, the density of components on the printed board also embodies the characteristic of high integration. It is an urgent problem that how to ensure the welding quality of PCB components. The circuit board test system is designed and developed based on the Lab- VIEW, which makes the necessary defecting detection on the circuit boards. It is completed the functions of image registration, image preprocessing, image segmentation, image recognition and so on, which has the advantages of intelligent and practicability.
