摘  要:基于SMIC 0.18μm 1P4M CMOS工艺,实现了一种2阶复数滤波器。该滤波器的中心频率为-1 MHz,带宽为1MHz,可以实现10dB的镜像抑制比。采用Tow-Thomas结构,可以灵活调节滤波器的增益和频率,并减小滤波器对寄生参数的敏感程度。采用基于张弛振荡器的频率调谐电路,简化了调谐电路,同时节约了芯片面积和功耗。流片测试结果显示,该滤波器的面积为0.78mm^2,电源电流为1.28mA。A 2 nd order complex filter was implemented in SMIC 0.18μm 1P4M CMOS technology.The filter’s center frequency was-1 MHz,and its bandwidth was 1 MHz.It could achieve a 10 dB image-rejection ratio.The filter employed a Tow-Thomas structure to achieve flexible gain and frequency tuning,and reduced its sensitivity to the parasitic parameters.It used an automatic tuning system based on relaxation oscillators,which could simplify the tuning circuit design and save the chip’s area and power consumption.The proposed circuit was taped out.Chip measured results showed that the chip’s area was 0.78 mm^2,and its supply current was 1.28 mA.
