摘　　要：目的了解新疆乌鲁木齐市高校大学生艾滋病知识相关知信行情况,为今后在大学生中开展艾滋病健康教育与行为干预提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取乌鲁木齐市某高校240名大学生进行问卷调查,调查内容包括一般人口学特征、艾滋病知识知晓情况、性行为及安全套使用情况等。结果大学生艾滋病的总体知晓率为56.1%,坚持正确全程使用高质量安全套可以减少传播和感染艾滋病的风险知晓率71.1%;对男男性行为人群是我国目前受艾滋病危害最严重的人群知晓率31.8%,有24.6%的大学生有过性经历,男性高于女性,高年级学生高于低年级学生,最近一年有29人发生过性行为,不同性别之间无显著性差异。结论大学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率较低,安全套的使用率有待提高。Objective To investigate about AIDS related knowledge and information of college students in Urumqi. And to provide a scientific basis for future health education and behavioral intervention among college students. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used in this research. 240 college students from a certain university in Urumqi were selected to make a survey. The survey included general demographic characteristics, knowledge of AIDS, sexual behavior and condom use. Results The overall awareness of AIDS among college students was 56.1%. 71.1% of colleague students knew that the correct use of high-quality condoms could reduce the risk of spreading and infecting of AIDS. 31.8% of colleague students knew that men who had sexual behavior with men were the most seriously ways infected by AIDS. 24.6% of college students had sexual experiences. Men were higher than women, senior students were higher than junior students. 29 students had sexual behavior in the recent years, and there was no significant difference between different genders. Conclusion The knowledge of preventing and controlling AIDS among college students is far from enough and the usage rate of condoms needs to be improved.
