摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩促进乳汁分泌的临床效果。方法选取190位产妇,随机分为观察组3 d后对比疗效。结果穴位按摩组乳汁充足人数较对照组多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿体重增减无明显差异。结论穴位按摩可促进乳汁分泌,助力纯母乳喂养。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of acupoint massage in lactating. Methods 190 case of women were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine care. Observation group was given acupoint massage and routine postpartum nursing care. The therapeutic effect was observed after 3 days. Results More people had more breast milk in observation group than in control group; There was no significant difference in body weight between two groups. Conclusion Acupoint massage can promote breast milk secretion and boost breast feeding.
