曲美他嗪联合辅酶Q10治疗心肌病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨曲美他嗪、辅酶Q10早期联合治疗心肌病的临床效果。方法选取2013年9月-2015年12月在本科住院的心肌病患者100例,排除冠心病等相关疾病后,进行核素心肌灌注显像,对照组按常规治疗方案用药,治疗组在此基础上积极加用曲美他嗪、辅酶Q10治疗,动态随访1年~3年,对治疗结果进行评价及分析。结果治疗前2组一般情况比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后随访观察,对照组、治疗组患者较治疗前相比总负荷评分(SSS)、总差值(SDS,SDS=SSS-SRS)均明显降低,心肌射血分数明显升高(P<0.05),而治疗组与对照组治疗后相比,治疗组SSS、SDS降低更加明显(P<0.05)。结论心脏ECT检查可作为心肌病的早期筛查手段,曲美他嗪、联合辅酶Q10早期联合治疗,可明显改善心肌病患者的心肌代谢水平,提高心肌收缩力,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of trimetazidine combine with coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of cardiomyopathy people. Methods A total of 100 patients with cardiomyopathy were selected in the Department of Cardiology from September 2013 to December 2015. After excluding coronary heart disease and other related diseases,radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging was performed. The control group was treated with conventional treatment. Based on this,the patients in the treatment group were treated with trimetazidine and coenzyme Q10. All patients were followed up for 1-3 years,and the treatment results were evaluated and analyzed. Results There was no statistical significance on the difference between the two groups in the general condition before treatment. After treatment,the SSS and SDS reduced obviously,and the LVEF was significantly higher（P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a more significant decrease in SSS and SDS（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Cardiac ECT examination can be used as an early screening method for cardiomyopathy. Early combination therapy with trimetazidine and coenzyme Q10 can significantly improve myocardial metabolism and improve myocardial contractility in patients with cardiomyopathy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
