摘 要:目的了解2010-2016年北京市职业病发病规律和特征,为制定北京市职业病防治措施提供依据和建议。方法收集整理2010-2016年北京市职业病报告病例,并进行统计分析。结果 2010-2016年,北京市职业病报告病例占全国总职业病报告病例6.90%。13 925例职业病报告病例中,尘肺病13 579例,占比97.52%,患者以男性为主,占96.31%。尘肺病发病平均接尘工龄为(28.65±15.76)年,尘肺病类型以煤工尘肺为主,工种多与煤炭采矿行业相关,用人单位主要分布在北京西部地区。其他职业病以职业性耳鼻喉疾病为主,占总职业病报告病例0.97%,涉及行业以制造业为主。结论职业病发病形势不容乐观,职业病患者人数不容忽视,仍需不断加强职业病防治工作。Objective To understand the tendency of occupational diseases in Beijing in recent years,so as to provide evidences and suggestions for occupational disease control and prevention strategies. Methods The occupational disease cases reported in Beijing from 2010 to 2016 were collected and were analyzed by statistical method. Results From 2010 to 2016,the occupational disease cases in Beijing accounted for 6. 90% of all cases in China. Among the 13 925 cases of occupational disease,13 579 cases were pneumoconiosis,accounting for 97. 52%. The patients were predominantly male and the average time of dust exposure was( 28. 65 ± 15. 76) years. The major type of pneumoconiosis was coalworker 's pneumoconiosis. The type of work was mainly related to coal mining industry. Most of the employers were distributed in the western region of Beijing.Occupational ENT disease was predominant among occupational diseases other than pneumoconiosis( 0. 97% of all occupational diseases) and the major type of work related to manufacturing industry. Conclusion The situation of occupational diseases was severe,and the numbers of patients suffering occupational disease remain high. Prevention and control measures of occupational diseases should be strengthened.
