摘　　要：目的研究口罩、半面罩、全面罩3种类型呼吸防护用品的适合性检验通过率及其影响因素。方法选取260名测试者,对使用的3M 9332型口罩,MSA Advantage 420型半面罩及3S型全面罩,采用气溶胶凝结核计数法进行定量适合性检验。结果测试用口罩的总通过率分别为88.7%、94.2%和100%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预措施(现场培训和更换新面罩)可以显著提高检验通过率;女性使用口罩及半面罩的适合性检验通过率显著低于男性。通过单次动作的适合因数统计发现,口罩、全面罩单次动作的适合因数不合格数在大声说话动作达到峰值,半面罩单次动作的适合因数不合格数峰值出现在弯腰动作。结论测试的3种呼吸防护用品有着较高的通过率,适合大多数人使用。性别、培训、面罩是否完好是影响检验的因素。Objective To study the pass rate of respirator fit test of facepiece half-mask and full-mask respirators and the influencing factors. Methods A total of 260 subjects were recruited to perform quantitative fit test for 3 M 9332 facepiece,MSA Advantage 420 half-mask and 3 S full-mask,respirators,by aerosol condensation nuclear counting method. Results The overall pass rate of the facepiece,half-masks and masks respirators were 88. 7%,94. 2% and 100%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Intervention measures（ on-site training and replacement of new masks）can significantly improve the pass rates. The pass rates of facepiece or half-mask respirators by female users were significantly lower than those of males. Counting for fit factors of single actions indicated that speaking loudly caused highest numbers of unqualified fit factor for facepiece or full-mask respirators. Bending result ed in the highest numbers of unqualified fit factor for half-mask respirators. Conclusion The pass rates of the three respirator protection devices were good and suitable for most of people. Gender,training,and intactness of respirators were the influencing factors of the test.
