摘　　要：目的分析京剧演员发生职业性黑变病的原因,为预防职业病提供科学依据。方法收集患者临床资料,对患者本人开展职业卫生学调查。结果患者因职业原因,面部颈部皮肤长期直接接触油彩,被确诊为职业性黑变病。结论京剧演员皮肤长期直接接触化妆油彩是导致出现该职业性黑变病的原因,应加强健康监护和个人防护,保护京剧演员健康。Objective To analysis the causes of occupational melanosis in Beijing opera actors,and to provide scientific basis for prevention of occupational diseases. Methods The data of patients were collected and occupational health investigation was made. Results The face and neck skin of the patients was exposed to the paint due to occupational reason.The cases were diagnosed as confirmed occupational melanosis. Conclusion Long-term direct exposure to the paint among Beijing opera actors may the cause of occupational melanosis. Health care and personal protection should be taken to protect the health of the actors.
