摘 要:目的分析2017年河南省新乡市一起O139型霍乱疫情的应急处置情况,为霍乱疫情防控提供经验。方法采用现场流行病学方法调查疫情,开展病例调查及主动搜索,对宴席、外环境等危险因素进行调查,采集标本,按照《霍乱防治手册(第6版)》进行病原学检测;运用描述性流行病学方法分析。结果共确诊1例霍乱O139型病例和1例健康携带者,经对患者及健康携带者及时隔离治疗、疫点消毒、密切接触者居家医学观察等措施,疫情得到及时控制,未发生二代病例。结论流行病学调查结果提示,患者和带菌者感染原因可能与共同宴席史食用水产品有关,联防联控机制对疫情防控发挥重要作用。Objective To analyze an O139 cholera epidemic in Xinxiang city of Henan province in 2017,and provide experience for the prevention and control of cholera epidemic in the future. Methods The field epidemiological method were used to investigate the cases,and actively searched the risk factors such as banquet and environment and collected samples.Pathogeny detection was done in accordance with Cholera Control Manual( Sixth Edition). And descriptive epidemiological analysis was used. Results A typical case and a carrier infected by cholera O139 were diagnosed in this epidemic. The epidemic condition was disposed with timely isolation and treatment to the cases,disinfection of epidemic spots,and home quarantine. No secondary case was found. Conclusion This study shows that the infection may be related to the consumption of aquatic products at the banquet,and the joint prevention and control mechanism plays a key role in the prevention and control of the epidemic situation.
