空军特种飞机保障设备军民一体化发展途径综述

摘　　要：军民融合战略深入发展的同时，也给空军特种飞机保障创造了新的机遇。以空军特种飞机保障设备为分析对象，在阐述美空军航空保障设备军民一体化发展特点的基础上，指出当前我军航空保障设备发展存在的不足，以军民融合式发展道路为指向，从国情军情、供应商管理、信息化建设和保障模式四个方面提出新时期空军特种飞机保障设备军民一体化发展途径，可为空军特种飞机保障设备一体化发展提供了理论依据。While the military-civilian integration strategy is developing in depth, it creates new opportunities for Air Force special aircraft support. Taking the Air Force special aircraft support equipment as the object of analysis, based on the analysis of the development characteristics of the military-civilian integration of the United States Air Force＇s aviation support equipment, the current deficiencies in the development of the aviation support equipment of our Air Force are pointed out. From the following four sides： the national conditions and military conditions, supplier management, information construction, and security model, the development path for militarycivilian integration of Air Force special aircraft support equipment in the new era is proposed, which providing a theoretical basis for the integrated development of Air Force special aircraft support equipment.
