摘 要:现代化航空产品向着复杂化、集成化和智能化发展,与之匹配的航空保障要求也向着基于性能的预知性健康管理方向发展。为了提升航空发动机、传动系统、液压系统健康监控保障能力,实现基于性能的维修保障,进行基于油液监测的、在线/离线结合的多参数、多尺度、多模态融合保障的关键技术研究;提出基于阈交概率谱分析的数据融合和故障预测算法,并结合实际应用设计一套在线/离线结合的包含多参数油液检测和维修策略支持功能的整体解决方案。该方案已在多个飞机台架或分系统上进行了对比试用,证明能有效监控航空动力系统、传动系统、液压系统等关键部件的性能和健康状态,成为现代基于性能健康管理的航空保障的重要手段。Modern aviation products, especially aircraft engines, transmission systems, hydraulic systems and other mechanical components are getting towards to complex, integrated and intelligent development, and the matching of aviation security requirements are developed in the same way based on health management needs. The purpose is to enhance the capability of aero engine, transmission system and hydraulic system health monitoring and support, and realize performance based maintenance support. The key technologies of multi parameter, multi-scale and multi-modal fusion support based on on-line monitoring and off-line integration are studied. A data fusion and fault prediction algorithm based on threshold probability spectrum analysis is proposed, and a set of online off-line integrated solutions including multi parameter oil detection and maintenance strategy support is designed. The implementation of the system is compared and tried on some aircraft or sub systems. It is proved to be able to effectively monitor the performance and health of key components such as aero power system, transmission system, hydraulic system and so on, and become an important means of modern aviation security based on performance health management
