摘  要:新疆位于祖国西北,幅员辽阔,其劳动力广泛分布在广大农村地区,而少数民族富余劳动力占有相当比例,在南疆农村尤为突出。大量劳动力的闲置导致南疆地区经济发展缓慢。因此,促进新疆南疆农村富余劳动力就业转移,带动农村少数民族群众脱贫致富,关乎新疆地区的社会稳定与经济发展。作者以喀什叶城县XX乡为对象,走村入户深度调研,试图更加具象地梳理出南疆农村少数民族富余劳动力的基本现状、牵制劳动力转移的影响因素以及促进富余劳动力转移就业的对策建议。Located in the northwest of China,Xinjiang has a vast territory. Its labor force is widely distributed in the vast rural areas. The surplus labor of ethnic minorities account for a considerable proportion,especially in the rural areas of southern Xinjiang. A large number of idle labor force has led to the slow economic development and increasing social conflicts in southern Xinjiang. Therefore,promoting transfer of surplus rural labor force employment in the southern Xinjiang,and eradicating the poverty of the rural minority people and getting rich,are related to the social stability and economic development of Xinjiang. Taking XX township of Yecheng county in Kashgar as a case study,the authors went to the village and entered the households for thorough investigation.An attempt has been made to sort out the basic situation of surplus labor force of rural minorities in southern Xinjiang more concretely and to find the influencing factors of restraining labor force transfer along with the countermeasures to the above problems.
