摘  要:对设置不同厚度微孔混凝土保温层复合板的热工性能和200mm厚微孔混凝土砌块墙体的隔声性能进行试验研究。结果表明,表观密度为766kg/m^3的微孔混凝土的导热系数为0.223W/(m·K);承载层厚度为60mm,保温层厚度分别为150,200mm复合板的平均传热系数分别为1.35,0.94W/(m^2·K),满足JGJ134—2010《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》中外墙的热工性能指标限值要求;200mm厚微孔混凝土砌块墙体的计权隔声量R_W为45d B,满足GB50118—2010《民用建筑隔声设计规范》中相邻两户房间之间的隔声性能要求。The thermal insulation of the ceramsite cellular concrete( CCC) composite board with different CCC thickness and the acoustic insulation of CCC block wall with 200 mm thickness were researched. The results show that the thermal conductivity of the CCC with density 766 kg/m3 is 0. 223 W/( m·K). In addition,when the thickness of the structure layer are 60 mm,the average heat transfer coefficient K of the composite board with thickness of 150 mm and 200 mm are respectively 1. 35,0. 94 W/( m2·K). And they can satisfy the thermal index of external wall according to the Design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone. Moreover the weighted sound reduction index RW of the CCC block wall is 45 d B,which can meet the sound insulation requirements of partition wall ordained by the Code for design of sound insulation of civil buildings.
