摘 要:建筑信息模型(BIM)作为一种对传统建筑业有颠覆性影响的新技术、新理念,为建筑产业环境和建筑业生产方式带来了深刻变革。将3D模型与时间相结合,形成4D建筑信息模型,也逐步成为施工进度管理的手段。在对BIM和传统进度管理理论进行分析的基础上,结合BIM和进度计划形成的BIM 4D进行理论综述,具体阐述了BIM 4D国内外软件技术和不同的应用深度,并对主题乐园酒店工程案例进行实证研究与分析。总结了4D技术应用的作用和建议。The building information modeling( BIM),as a new technology and new concept that has a subversive influence on the traditional construction industry, has brought profound changes to the construction industry environment and the construction mode of the construction industry. Combining 3D model with time to form 4D building information modeling has gradually become a mean of construction progress management. On the basis of the analysis of BIM and the traditional progress management theory,this paper summarizes the theory of BIM 4D formed by BIM and schedule,expounds the software technology and different application depth of BIM 4D at home and abroad,and carries out empirical research and analysis through the project case of the theme park hotel. Meanwhile,it summarizes the role and suggestions of the application of 4D technology.
