摘  要:以青藏高原高寒草地高原鼠兔土丘土壤种子库为研究对象,通过室内萌发法和地上植被调查法研究了不同扰动年限鼠丘土壤种子库、地上植被和土壤养分的动态变化特征。结果表明:(1)随着鼠丘不同恢复年限的增加,土壤种子库物种数和密度逐渐增大,恢复3年后鼠丘土壤种子库密度是扰动当年鼠丘土壤种子库密度的43倍;(2)随着鼠丘恢复年限的增加,土壤养分中有机碳、速效磷和速效钾含量显著增加(P<0.05);(3)植物群落多样性随着鼠丘恢复年限的延长而增加,且地上植被的丰富度和多样性指数都大于其对应的土壤种子库;(4)鼠丘土壤种子库与地上植被相似性指数仅为0.47,且物种数明显少于地上植被。Soil seed bank on rodent dune for different years,up-ground vegetation and dynamic change of soil nutrient were investigated through laboratory germination and vegetative investigation,as for as plateau pika( Ochotona curzoniae) mounds seed storage sites in Qinghai and Tibet Plateau. The result showed that: 1) Species number and soil seed store density increased with the increasing of mound years and soil seed stores density for three years was 43 times than fresh mounds. 2) Organic Carbon,dissolved phosphorus and potassium in soil mounds increased significantly( P〈0. 05)with the increase in mound year. 3) Population diversity increased as the mound forming time increase,vegetative abundance and diversity index were all higher than soil seed stores. 4) Similarity index for mound soil seed stores with upground vegetate was 0. 47,and species significantly less than up-ground vegetation.
