摘  要:采用先电弧离子镀再真空热处理的方法在耐热钢T91合金表面形成了2种AlSi扩散涂层。T91和2种AlSi扩散涂层在800℃空气中的等温氧化结果显示T91的氧化动力学近似服从直线规律而2种AlSi涂层均近似服从抛物线规律;T91在800℃空气中等温氧化时其表面生成了一层很厚且具有尖晶石结构不具有保护性的FeCr混合氧化物层;然而T91表面施加2种AlSi涂层后能显著降低其氧化增重,原因是高温氧化后在2种涂层表面均生成了一层连续、致密、与涂层结合良好且具有高温防护性的Al_2O_3氧化膜,因而对基体合金起到了良好的防护作用。Two kinds of AlSi diffusion coatings were formed on the surface of heat resistant steel T91 alloy by arc ion plating then vacuum heat treatment.The results of T91 of isothermal oxidation in the air at 800 ℃ shows that its oxidation kinetics is approximate to linear rule,however,oxidation kinetics of two kinds of AlSi diffusion coating are approximate to obey parabolic law.After 200 hoxidation,the surface of T91 is generated a very thick FeCr mixed oxides with composed of spinel structure that is not protective.Nevertheless,after applying two kinds of AlSi diffusion coating on T91 surface,it can significantly reduce the oxidation weight increase,because a layer of continuous,dense,and with high temperature protective Al2O3 oxide film are formed on the surface of two kinds of AlSi diffusion coatings in the processes of oxidations,therefore,the two kinds of AlSi diffusion coatings played a good protection to matrix alloy.
