摘 要:抽油机井系统环节多、影响因素相互耦合、生产周期跨度长,运用全寿命周期费用理论,结合模糊评判、等级加权平均方法,构建了抽油机井生产全过程成本效益评价综合决策方法。通过模拟分析抽油机井全生命周期效益,并以长庆低渗透油田单井为例,常规油井全生命周期30年,预计单井年生产费用约10万元。若初期投产从方案源头上精细配套优选设备,可获取最大平均单井年费用节省率1.86%,全油田预计年均节省费用6 705万元。Many links, affecting factors interconnection, deeper time scale in production cycle were held in pumping unit well system. Full life-span cycle cost theory,multi-lever fuzzy evaluation, grade weight average method were used to construction the rod-pumped well benefit evaluation comprehensive decision method. Simulation analysis approached the full life benefit of rod-pumped well. To take Changqing low permeability oilfield single well as an example, normally it was 30 years for single well full life span, as the cost of 100 thousand per year. If initial stages of production, fine matching and device selection algorithms was taken in project at very beginning. It would be achieved for 1.86 percent per year that the maximum cost saving rate of single well. It's estimated more than 67.05 million that saving cost of the whole oilfield.
