摘　　要：腹膜透析患者由于长期使用葡萄糖透析液、腹膜炎等因素,可导致腹膜纤维化的发生,限制了该治疗方式在临床的使用。中医药防治腹膜纤维化具有广阔的应用前景,在实验及临床研究方面都取得了一定的成果。本文对近来中医药在防治腹膜透析相关性腹膜纤维化的研究进行综述,以期为更好的开展中医药防治腹膜透析相关性腹膜纤维化提供参考。The long-term use of glucose dialysate,peritonitis,and other factors,can cause peritoneal fibrosis in peritoneal dialysis patients,which limits the clinical use of this therapy. Traditional Chinese medicine has a broad application prospect in the prevention and treatment of peritoneal fibrosis,and certain results in both experimental and clinical researches have been achieved. This article reviewed recent researches on prevention and treatment of peritoneal dialysis-related peritoneal fibrosis by traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide a reference for better prevention and treatment of peritoneal dialysis-related peritoneal fibrosis.
