摘 要:通常情况下,高纯盐酸在离子膜烧碱电解阳极液中对p H进行调节,也能够在树脂塔的再生和医药等高纯产品的生产中使用。高纯盐酸的使用过程对游离氯的含量有非常严格的要求,特别是在离子膜制碱工艺中,如果高纯盐酸的游离氯含量过高,通常超过20 mg/L都会对高纯盐酸的使用造成影响。因此,应当加强对高纯盐酸中游离氯含量的控制。本文对于高纯盐酸使用中游离氯超标的危害进行分析,对其原因进行探究,提出几点有效降低游离氯含量的措施,以供参考。High purity hydrochloric acid is usually used to adjust p H in ionic membrane caustic soda electrolytic anodic solution and can also be used in regeneration of resin tower and production of high purity products such as medicine and so on. In the use of high purity hydrochloric acid, the content of free chlorine is very strict, especially in the ionic membrane alkali-making process, if the free chlorine content of high purity hydrochloric acid is too high, usually more than 20 mg/L will affect the use of high purity hydrochloric acid. Therefore, the content control of free chlorine in high purity hydrochloric acid should be strengthened. In this paper, the hazards of excessive free chlorine in the use of high purity hydrochloric acid are analyzed, the causes are explored, and several points are put forward. Effective measures to reduce the content of free chlorine for reference.
