摘 要:本文采用无压液相烧结工艺,以Al_2O_3-MgO-Y_2O_3体系为烧结助剂,烧结温度为1 900℃,保温时间分别为1 h,1.5 h和2 h,制备SiC复合陶瓷,利用XRD和SEM方法研究了SiC陶瓷的物相组成和显微组织形貌。结果表明:保温2 h时,SiC陶瓷主晶相为6H-SiC,且是单相SiC;陶瓷体表面光滑,致密性良好,密度为2.959 g/cm^3,所以2 h为最佳保温时间。SiC composite ceramics were prepared by using Al2O3-MgO-Y2 O3 as sintering assistant and pressureless liquid phase sintering process at 1 900 ℃. The phase composition and surface microstructure of SiC ceramics were studied by XRD and SEM in this paper. The results show that the main crystal phase of SiC ceramics is 6 H-SiC and it is a single-phase SiC, and the surface of SiC ceramics was smooth and compact. The density is 2.959 g/cm^3, so 2 h is the best holding time.
