摘　　要：以山西煤炭运销集团磁窑沟煤矿10202综采工作面大采高一次采全高综采作为研究对象,对10202综采工作面开采过程中出现的工作面片帮、倒架、滚矸等情况进行了全面分析,并从三机配套优化、回采工艺优化、坚硬顶板弱化控制、煤壁安全控制等方面提出了对应的优化控制策略,并取得了较好的现场应用效果。10202 fully mechanized working face one time mining height of Ciyaogou Mine of Shanxi Coal Transportation Group was taken as example,rib spalling,support remove,wasted coal rolling in the working face were analyzed,the corresponding measures of supporting equipment optimization of the three machines and recovery process,weakening control of hard roof and safety control of coal wall were given,with good application effect.
