摘 要:以稀土改性醇溶性磷酸盐添加一定份数的酚醛树脂、有机硅树脂、磷腈环氧作为树脂基体;以Al_2O_3,B_4C为主体,以Al_2O_3短切纤维和SiN短切纤维为增韧剂制备耐高温无机填料。将树脂与填料按照一定比例混合均匀超声分散,80℃/4h固化。通过对胶黏剂的力学性能测试可知其室温剪切强度为15.8MPa、400℃/10min剪切强度为8MPa、600℃/10min剪切强度为13.6MPa、1000℃/10min的剪切强度为10.2MPa。通过TG,SEM,XRD等分析手段对胶黏剂粘接强度及粘接机理进行分析。结果表明当温度在400℃以上时胶黏剂体系中的B_4C发生氧化生成流动性及浸润性较好的B_2O_3;改性醇溶性磷酸盐和B_2O_3对高温的粘接强度起到良好的促进作用。A certain number of phenolic resin, silicone resin, phosphazene epoxy resin mixed with modified alcohol-soluble phosphate is used as the matrix; A high-temperature resistant inorganic fillers are prepared with Al2O3 and B4C as main components, and Al2O3 short chopped fibers and Si N short chopped fibers as toughening agents. The resin and fillers are mixed and dispersed uniformly by ultrasonic in a certain proportion and cured at 80℃ in 4 h. Through the adhesive mechanical properties test, it is found that the shear strength is 15.8 MPa at room temperature; the shear strength is 8 MPa at 400°C/10 min, 13.6 MPa at 600°C/10 min and 10.2 MPa at 1000°C/10 min. The bonding strength and mechanism of adhesives are analyzed by means of TG, SEM, XRD. The results show that when the temperature is above 400°C, the B4C in the adhesive system is oxidized to generate B2O3 with a better fluidity and wettability. The modified alcohol-soluble phosphate and B2O3 plays an important role in the bonding strength at high temperature.
