摘  要:以水相聚合的方法合成了聚酰亚胺(PI),研究其前驱体的最佳反应条件,并对比其性能。实验证明,在温度为40~70℃下反应60~120min、固含量18%为合成水相PI前驱体的最佳反应条件,其相对分子质量Mn:1.5×10~5,Mw:2.1×105,Mw/Mn:1.4,T_g可达377℃,T_(d5)可达593℃,T_(d10)可达611℃。并且水相PI前驱体及其固化薄膜的性能良好,更加环保。The polyimide(PI) was synthesized by aqueous polymerization, and the optimal reaction conditions and properties were studied. It was found that under the optimum reaction conditions(reacted at 40~70℃ for 60~120 min with a solid content of 18%), the number-average molecular weight(Mn), weight-average molecular weight(Mw), molecular weight distribution(Mw/Mn), Tg, T(d5) and T(d10) of the produced water-based PI precursor was 1.5×10~5 g/mol, 2.1×10~5 g/mol, 1.4, 377℃, 593℃ and 611℃ respectively. And the precursor and its cured film showed excellent properties, and the water-based precursors was more environment-friendly.
