摘　　要：高迁移率族蛋白B1（high mobility group box 1,HMGBl）是一种高度保守的DNA结合蛋白,HMGB1的功能取决于其分子定位,生理情况下HMGB1存在于细胞核内,具有稳定核小体的结构和促进基因重组、修复、转录等作用,有＂DNA伴侣＂之称,胞内HMGB1对心脏肥厚、心力衰竭、胰腺炎、肝缺血/再灌注损伤、脊髓小脑共济失调等具有保护作用.High mobility group box 1 （ HMGB1 ） is a highly conserved DNA-binding protein. The function of HMGB1 varied according to its molecular localization. Meanwhile,HMGB1 is located in the nu-cleus under physiological conditions. It contains stable nucleosome structure and can promote gene recombina-tion,repair,transcription etc,known as the＂DNA chaperone＂. Intracellular HMGB1 has a protective effect on heart hypertrophy, heart failure, pancreatitis, hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury, spinocerebellar ataxia and other protective effects.
