何若苹辨证论治原发性痛经

摘　　要：[目的]探讨何若苹治疗原发性痛经的临床经验。[方法]收集何若苹治疗原发性痛经的医案,分析何若苹对原发性痛经病因病机的认识以及其从因而论、分期而治的经验,并分析典型案例以佐证。[结果]何若苹认为本病因病机以"寒"为主,寒、瘀、虚互为因果;治疗上以脏腑而论,治"肝"为要,肝、脾、肾三脏同调;主张以"通"字立法,"温通""疏通"有所侧重,强调分期而治,尤其重视调和冲任阴阳平衡,临床上取得较好的疗效,所举验案亦体现了老师的诊治思路。[结论]何若苹从因而论、分期而治治疗原发性痛经独到的见解与丰富的经验,值得临床推广应用。[Objective]To explore the clinical experiences of HE Ruoping in treating primary dysmenorrhea. [Method]Tocollect medical records for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of HE Ruoping, then to analyze the understanding of HE Ruoping about the TCM pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea, from the cause of the disease and treatment by stages. To sum up the experience of HE Ruoping treating primary dysmenorrhea,and analysis of the case to verify.[Result]HE Ruoping considers etiology and pathogenesis of the disease that it is based on ＂cold＂, with cold, blood stasis and deficiency as cause and effect from the eight classes, and that it is based on Zang Fu organs and the treatment of ＂liver＂ first. The three organs of the liver, the spleen and the kidney are treated together. The treatment is advocated by the ＂clear＂ law, ＂warming＂ ＂dredge＂, and there is a particular emphasis on the stage. Treating by stage, and both the incidental and fundamental aspects are the same. She especially pays special attention to reconciling the balance of Yin and Yang. So the clinical effect is better. The examination case also reflects her diagnosis and treatment.[Conclusion]The unique insights and rich experience of HE Ruoping＇s treatment of primary dysmenorrhea are worthy of clinical application.
