宋以后浙派中医变迁及对浙派中医儿科影响初探

摘　　要：[目的]探究宋以后浙派中医发展历程及学术渊源,并从中分析对浙江儿科流派现状的影响。[方法]运用史料考证、文献分析的方法,从历史背景、医学流派、医家生平、社会关系、地理环境等方面,总结浙派中医的发展过程。归纳浙江中医儿科流派现状特点,并剖析浙派中医对浙派中医儿科现状形成的影响。[结果]宋室南渡是浙派中医发展的转折点,钱乙、金元各家学派与浙派中医存在源流关系,易水、河间、丹溪、永嘉、钱塘、温病、温补、绍派伤寒等学派在浙江广为传播。浙江中医儿科植根于浙派中医,在其影响下,中医儿科临床偏于滋阴清热,略于应用麻桂等辛温之剂。[结论]浙派中医的形成是众多学派不断融合的过程,其中钱乙、河间、丹溪、温病等学派对浙江近代儿科医家影响深远,形成以滋阴、清热为主导的儿科临床特点。[Objective]Exploring the origin and development process of Zhejiang traditional Chinese medicine, untangling the present situation and formative factors of the Zhejiang TCM pediatrics. [Method]Using the methods of historical data textual research and literature analysis, to explore the development process of Zhejiang TCM and present condition of Zhejiang TCM pediatrics, to analyze the relationship between them, from aspects of historical background, medical schools, skilled doctor life, social relations, and geographical environment. [Results]After Song Dynasty moved to the south of the river, Zhejiang TCM entered an important period of development. Academic thoughts of Qian Yi and four great physicians of the Jin and Yuan periods were closely related to Zhejiang TCM. The School of Yishui, Hejian, Yongjia, Qian Tang, Dan Xi, Warm-recuperation,warm disease,Shao branch were widely spread in Zhejiang. Rooted in Zhejiang TCM, Zhejiang paediatrics attach importance to nourishing Yin and clearing heat, while disregard for the use of symplectic agents such as ephedra and Guizhi. [Conclusion] The formation of Zhejiang TCM is based on the integration of many schools. The academic thoughts of QIAN Yi, Hejian, Dan Xi and warm disease affect on Zhejiang TCM more, forming the clinical characteristics of paediatrics dominated by nourishing Yin and clearing heat.
