摘　　要：[目的]总结霍介格教授运用甘味药治疗胃癌的经验。[方法]通过临证抄方、病案整理,记录霍教授对胃癌病因病机的分析,整理出霍教授治疗胃癌的辨证思路以及临证施治中选用甘味药的理论来源,并具体阐述甘味药的选择及临床用药经验,最后归纳总结霍教授运用甘味药治疗胃癌各个证型的独到见解,并列举案例一例予以佐证。[结果]霍介格教授认为胃癌以"脾胃虚弱"为本,"热毒、血瘀、痰结、气滞"为标。治疗应以健脾养胃、补土和中为基本治法,在此基础上或清泄、或温通、或消散、或渗利,随证出入。甘味药入脾胃经,能补能缓能和,药性较为平和,甘温益气补血、甘凉濡润、酸甘化阴、辛甘扶阳、甘淡渗湿,可应用于胃癌各种证型,临床取得较好的效果。验案中患者胃癌术后,加之化疗药物攻伐,以致脾胃气血两虚,以健脾和胃、益气养血为主要治法,疗效确切。验案辨治精确,充分体现了霍介格教授运用甘味药治疗胃癌的临床经验。[结论]霍介格教授运用甘味药治疗胃癌经验独到,疗效显著,值得学习与临床推广运用。[Objective]To summarizes Pro.HUO Jiege＇s experience of treating gastric cancer with sweet herbs. [Methods]Through copying prescription with the teacher and collating records, and collecting Prof. HUO＇s analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of gastric cancer and his experience with clinical trials, the dialectical thinking of Prof. HUO＇s treatment of gastric cancer and the theoretical source of using sweet herbs during clinical treatment, and specifically explicate the selection of sweet herbs and experience of clinical medication were analyzed and categorized. Finally, Pro.HUO Jiege ＇s unique insights for treating gastric cancer with sweet herbs and enumerate a case evidence were summarized.[Results]Pro.HUO Jiege believes that gastric cancer is based on＂spleen and stomach weakness＂and the treatment should be based on strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach, filling up soil. On this basis, it can be used to evaporate, cool, or disperse or ooze. Sweet herbs are classified as spleen and stomach meridian. It can tonify, ease and regulate. The drug resistance is relatively gentle. There are many functions include sweet-warm herbs tonifying Qi and blood, sweet-cold herbs moistening, sour-sweet herbs nourishing Yin, acrid-sweet herbs activating Yang, sweet-light herbs permeating wet. It can be applied to various types of gastric cancer and be used for the treatment of gastric cancer. The patient had deficiency of Qi and blood in spleen and stomach, and achieved good results after therapy of invigorating spleen and stomach, nourishing Qi and nourishing blood. The accurate diagnosis and treatment showed the experience of Prof. HUO Jiege in the treatment of gastric cancer with sweet herbs. [Conclusion]Prof. HUO Jiege＇s experience of sweet herbs in treatment of gastric cancer is unique, and its curative effect is remarkable and worthy of learning and clinical application.
