摘　　要：[目的]总结归纳刘瑞芬教授治疗子宫内膜息肉的临证经验。[方法]通过整理刘瑞芬教授相关医案,从病因病机、治则治法、处方用药等方面系统总结刘瑞芬教授治疗子宫内膜息肉的临证经验,并附医案举例。[结果]刘瑞芬教授认为,子宫内膜息肉的病因病机主要为痰瘀互结,久之损伤冲任,从而影响胞脉定期藏泻,引发本病。治法以化瘀散结、调补冲任为主,并自拟经验方——止痛调血方作为非经期的主方,新桂枝茯苓丸加味方作为经期的主方,随症加减,必要时配合西药孕激素以转化内膜,抑制子宫内膜息肉的生长。所举验案,患者痰瘀互结、冲任受损,非经期采用化痰除湿、活血消癥之法,方选止痛调血方;经期采用活血化瘀、行气消癥之法,方选新桂枝茯苓丸加味方,同时配合西药,获得良效。[结论]刘瑞芬教授根据其多年临床经验,总结归纳出非经期理气散结、活血消癥,经期活血化瘀、止血消癥,必要时配合西药转化内膜的治疗方案,临床效果显著,为中西医结合治疗子宫内膜息肉提供了新的诊疗思路。[Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of Professor LIU Ruifen in the treatment of endometrial polyps. [Methods] By summarizing Professor LIU Ruifen related medical records, systematically summarizing the clinical experience of Professor LIU Ruifen＇s treatment of endometrial polyps from the etiology and pathogenesis, the treatment of the rule, the prescription medication and so on. [Results] Professor LIU Ruifen believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of endometrial polyps is mainly due to phlegm and blood stasis, long-term damage and redundancies, which will affect the regular diarrhea of the cellular veins, causing the disease, and the governing method is to disperse phlegm and regulate blood circulation. Professor LIU uses Zhitong Tiaoxue Decoction as the main prescription of non-menstrual period, and Modified Xin Guizhi Fuling Pills as the main prescription of menstrual period, while adding and subtracting with the disease, and with western medicine progesterone to transform the inner membrane, while inhibiting endometrial polyps grow. The patient in the case had phlegm and blood stasis, and Chong Ren had been injured. Zhitong Tiaoxue Decoction was used in non-menstrual period according to elimination of phlegm, dehumidification and invigorate the circulation of blood. Modified Xin Guizhi Fuling Pills was used in menstrual period according to promotion of blood circulation, and elimination of Qi. These treatments got good results combined with western medicine. [Conclusion] Based on the years of clinical experience, Professor LIU Ruifen summed up regulating the flow of Qi, eliminating stagnation, and invigorating the circulation of blood in non-menstrual period, and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, leading to hemostasis in menstrual period if necessary, with western medicine into the endometrium treatment program, clinical effect is significant, for the treatment of Chinese and western medicine endometrial polyps provide new ideas for diagnosis and treatment.
