加味苓桂术甘汤治疗62例痰湿内蕴型紧张型头痛患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察加味苓桂术甘汤治疗痰湿内蕴型紧张型头痛(tension-type headache,TTH)的临床疗效。[方法]选取62例痰湿内蕴型TTH患者,制定病例观察报告表,采用自身前后对照的方法,给予加味苓桂术甘汤1剂/d,总疗程8周,观察患者主要症状减轻效果及有效率。[结果](1)治疗4周显效,患者头痛评分较前减低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)治疗前后症状体征积分比较提示,治疗后患者头项部肌肉压痛、头部紧箍感、头重、情志不舒、睡眠情况症状积分明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);眩晕、恶心呕吐、畏光/畏声、倦惫症状无明显改善,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]从痰湿病机出发,采用温阳健脾利水的治法,自拟加味苓桂术甘汤治疗痰湿内蕴型TTH取得较好效果。[Objective]To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of the tension-type headache of phlegm-dampness. [Methods]Under the prospective clinical scheme, select 62 patients with phlegm wet type intrinsic tension-type headache, formulate cases observation form, adopt the method of its own before-and-after, giving flavored Jiawei Lingguizhugan decoction once daily, total course of 8 weeks, observe the effect of main symptoms in patients with ease and efficient.[Results]In the treatment of 4 weeks, the score of headache was statistically different from that of the previous one. Before and after treatment, the symptoms and signs were suggested： the muscle tenderness of the head, the headband, the head, the mood, and the symptoms of sleep were significantly relieved（P〈0.01）.No significant improvement in dizziness, nausea, vomiting, photophobia/fear and tiredness（ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Starting from the phlegm-dampness pathogenesis, we adopt the Wenyang Jianpi Lishui method, and it is better to treat the phlegm-dampness type tension headache.
