基于现代文献穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎选穴与用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的通过整理穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎的现代文献,探讨穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎的取穴与用药规律,为临床上穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎提供指导。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普期刊全文数据库,收集2008年1月1日-2017年12月31日穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎的临床文献,建立穴位贴敷防治慢性支气管炎的研究数据库,针对穴位应用频次、归经、分布和腧穴所属类型以及用药规律进行总结。结果共纳入文献124篇,涉及穴位34个,主穴穴位频次121次,共涉及79味药物。结论穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎较为常用,以循经取穴和局部取穴为主,以肺俞穴为主穴,多以足太阳膀胱经穴为主,穴位多分布在腰背部,穴位类型以背俞穴为主;用药以白芥子、细辛、甘遂、延胡索居多,多归于肺经,药性多温,药味多辛、苦,常用生姜汁调和制成药膏。Objective To provide guidance for the treatment of chronic bronchitis by Acupoint Application in the treatment of chronic bronchitis by Acupoint Application in the treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods To retrieve the clinical literature of acupoint application for chronic bronchitis from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2017, and to establish a database of acupoint application for the prevention and treatment of chronic bronchitis. According to the frequency of acupoint application, the rules of meridian, division and acupoint type are analyzed. And the rule of drug use was summarized. Results A total of 124 articles were included, involving 34 points of acupoints, 121 acupoint frequency in the main points, involving 79 drugs. Conclusion Acupoint application is more commonly used in the treatment of chronic bronchitis, which mainly follows meridian acupoint extraction and local acupoint extraction, taking acupoints as the main point of the Feishu point, mostly on the foot of the sun bladder meridian, the acupoints are distributed in the back of the waist, and the type of acupoint is mainly on the back Shu point, with the use of Baijiezi, Xixin, Gansui and Yanhusuo. In lung meridian, it has many properties, such as high temperature, strong taste and bitter taste, mixed with ginger juice to blend into the ointment.
