摘　　要：胡国华教授是海派朱氏妇科第四代传人,上海市名中医,注重调理气血治疗月经病。胡教授认为气血失调是导致月经病的重要病因。气血不足、气血运行不畅及肝肾亏虚影响气血生成及运行等因素均会导致月经失调。治疗月经病时胡教授提倡审因求本,气血亏虚型用参芪四物汤补益气血,由黄芪、党参、炒当归、生地黄、熟地黄、生白芍、生白术等组成;气血运行不畅,选用柴胡疏肝散疏利气机,加用广郁金、川楝子、鸡血藤等行气疏肝活血;青皮、橘核、橘络等疏肝理气;肝肾亏虚型随月经周期阴阳变化调补,经净后加女贞子、桑寄生等滋肝肾;经间期加菟丝子、枸杞子等平补肝肾;经前期加淫羊藿、巴戟天等温肾阳。Professor HU Guohua is the fourth generation successor of ZHU＇s understanding of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology. HU＇s research direction is to regulate menstrual disorders in blood therapy. Professor HU believes that qi and blood disorders are important causes of menstrual diseases. It is can lead to irregular menstruation which including deficiency of qi and blood, sluggish circulation of Qi and blood, deficiency of liver and kidney, influence of qi and blood generation and operation. The treatment of menstrual disorders when Professor HU advocated the trial because of the deficiency of qi and blood type, with Shenqi decoction for tonifying qi and blood, astragalus, Codonopsis, angelica by fried, dried rehmannia root, white peony root, white atractylodes rhizome etc.; Blood runs sluggish, selection of CHSGS Shu Li Qi, combined with radix curcumae, toosendanin son, suberect qishuganhuoxue, orange, tangerine peel; nuclear and other liver qi; Liver and kidney deficiency type with the menstrual cycle changes of yin and Yang tune up, the net after the addition of Ligustrum lucidum, Loranthaceae etc. nourish the liver and kidney; the interval with dodder, medlar nourishing liver and kidney; Premenstrual and epimedium and Morinda officinalis isothermal yang.
