丹蛭降糖胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾脏疾病

摘　　要：目的观察纯中药制剂丹蛭降糖胶囊(Danzhijiangtang Capcule,DJC)对早期糖尿病肾脏疾病(Diabetic kidney disease,DKD)的疗效。方法选取2016年1月-2017年6月期间我院内分泌科住院的早期糖尿病肾脏疾病患者40例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,均给予常规基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹蛭降糖胶囊,治疗时间为20周,观察治疗前后患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿白蛋白/肌酐等指标及中医症状量化积分变化的情况。结果经过20周治疗,早期DKD患者中医症状量化积分明显减少,临床症状明显改善(P<0.05);空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿白蛋白肌酐比值较治疗前亦明显降低(P<0.05)。结论丹蛭降糖胶囊能显著改善早期DKD患者的临床症状,降低尿白蛋白/肌酐比值,有效预防临床白蛋白尿及终末期肾病的发生发展。Objective To observe the curative effect of Danzhi Jiangtang capsule on early diabetic kidney disease. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, 40 patients with early diabetic kidney disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, all of them were treated with routine basic treatment, and the treatment group was treated with Danzhi Jiangtang capsule on this basis. The treatment time was 20 weeks. The changes of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin/creatinine and the quantitative integral of TCM symptoms were observed before and after treatment. Results After 20 weeks of treatment, the quantitative scores of TCM symptoms and clinical symptoms of early DKD patients were significantly decreased（P〈 0.05）, and the fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary albumin creatinine ratio were significantly decreased than those before treatment（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Danzhi Jiangtang capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of early DKD patients, reduce the urinary albumin/creatinine ratio, so as to effectively prevent the occurrence and development of clinical albuminuria and end-stage nephropathy.
