量表在多囊卵巢综合征中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的对各个量表在多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)中的应用进行分析,总结量表在多囊卵巢综合征中的应用情况。方法对PCOS及其量表在其临床应用的相关文献进行整理分析。结果通过对量表在PCOS中应用较多的量表有生存质量量表、抑郁、焦虑自评量表、生活事件量表、症状自评量表。从各个量表可以得知PCOS患者在生理、心理、社会关系等各个方面都会产生明显的特征。结论量表在多囊卵巢综合征中的应用较为广泛,对于多囊卵巢综合征的治疗有重要意义,今后在多囊卵巢综合征的治疗中可以综合考虑量表的使用。Objective The application of various scales in polycystic ovary syndrome（polycystic ovarian syndrome） was analyzed, and the application of the scale in polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） was summarized. Methods The related literature of polycystic ovary syndrome and its scale in its clinical application were analyzed. Results The scale, depression, anxiety self-rating scale, life event scale and self-rating scale of the scale were used to measure the number of polycystic ovary syndrome. From the various scales, we can learn that patients with polycystic ovary syndrome have obvious characteristics in physical, psychological and social relations. Conclusion The scale is widely used in polycystic ovary syndrome, the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is important, the use of the scale can be considered in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
