摘  要:目的研究白虎加人参汤对糖尿病模型大鼠氧化应激TAOC水平及背根神经节(DRG)中TRPV1m RNA基因表达的影响。方法腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病大鼠模型。将造模成功大鼠随机分为模型对照组、白虎加人参汤组以及α-硫辛酸组。药物治疗8周后,采用酶联免疫法检测大鼠TAOC水平,RT-PCR法检测DRG中TRPV1 m RNA的表达。结果与模型对照组比较,白虎加人参汤组和α-硫辛酸组总抗氧化能力均升高(P<0.05),2组间比较,α-硫辛酸组TAOC水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);白虎加人参汤组和α-硫辛酸组DRG中TRPV1 m RNA的表达与模型对照组比较均下调(P<0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白虎加人参汤能提高糖尿病大鼠血清TAOC水平,减轻氧化应激反应,具有一定的抗氧化能力,同时下调DRG中TRPV1 m RNA的表达,对糖尿病神经病变有一定的防治作用。Objective To study the effect of Baihu and Renshen decoction on oxidative stress and TRPV1 m RNA gene expression in diabetic rats. Methods Injection STZ to make the diabetes mellitus model. The successful rats were randomly divided into three groups: the model control group, the Baihu and Renshen decoction group and the α-lipoic acid group. Detecting the expression of TAOC by ELISA and TRPV1 m RNA in dorsal root ganglion by RT-PCR. Results Compared with the model group. The level of TAOC of the Baihu and Renshen decoction and α-lipoic acid group are higher(P〈 0.05), α-lipoic acid group is higher than that of Bai Hu Ren Shen Decoction(P〈 0.05). TRPV1 m RNA: Compared with the model group, the level of TRPV1 m RNA of the Bai Hu Ren Shen Decoction and α-lipoic acid group are lower(P〉 0.05), There was no significant difference between the two groups(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Baihu and Renshen decoction can improve the level of serum TAOC in diabetic rats, alleviate the oxidative stress state of diabetic rats, and have good antioxidant energy, down-regulate the expression of TRPV1 m RNA in DRG.
