锦红汤对脓毒症大鼠血清炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的研究锦红汤对脓毒症大鼠血清炎症因子(CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α)的影响。方法本实验分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、西药组、中药组、联合组6组,各治疗组在造模基础上给予相应药物处理,包括锦红汤(大黄、红藤、蒲公英)灌胃、亚胺培南180 mg/(kg·d)腹腔内注射、及联合用药,按造模后0、2、6、24 h取材,观察6组大鼠血清炎症因子(CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α)的变化。结果在观察时间内,模型组、中药组、西药组、联合组在造模后CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α浓度均出现了上升趋势,在模型组持续维持在高位,各治疗组在24 h时均明显低于模型组。结论中药锦红汤可显著抑制炎症因子(CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α)。Objective To discuss the influence of serum inflammatory factors（CRP, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α） on rats with sepsis by Jinhong decoction. Methods The experiment was divided into 6 groups（normal group, Sham-operated group, model group, TCM group, western medicine group and combined group）. Each treatment group was cured relevant medicine besides the CLP sepsis model,including lavage with Jinhong decoction or intraperitoneal injection with imipenem or both. According to the postoperative 0, 2, 6, 24 h, to observe serum inflammatory factors（CRP, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α） expression. Results In the observation time, the concentrations of CRP, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-αall rose in the model group, TCM group, western medicine group and combined group after the molding.The concentrations continue to remain high in the model group. Each treatment group was significantly lower than the model group at 24 h. Conclusion Jinhong decoction can inhibit the inflammation factor significantly（CRP, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α）.
