中药苦参、白鲜皮提取工艺及剂型研究

摘　　要：目的研究治疗皮炎湿疹的中药白鲜皮、苦参、蛇床子提取工艺并探究其最佳应用剂型。方法将3味中药分别采用溶剂提取法和超声波提取法进行有效成分提取,制成片剂、酊剂、软膏剂,通过药理实验筛选剂型。结果 3种剂型对皮炎湿疹小鼠均有效,白鲜皮、苦参、蛇床子复方经口无毒性。结论纯中药提取物治皮炎湿疹外用透皮吸收,在达到治疗效果,较比于其他剂型,酊剂更加方便,节约成本,更适合工业化生产。Objective To study the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine for treating dermatitis and eczema, such as Dictamnus Dasycarpus, Sophora flavescens, and Cnidium monnieri, and to explore its best application form. Methods The three-flavored Chinese herbs were extracted by solvent extraction and ultrasonic extraction, respectively, to prepare tablets, tinctures, and ointments. Formulations were selected through pharmacological experiments. Results All three dosage forms were effective for dermatitis and eczema mice, and the Dictamnus Dasycarpus, Sophora flavescens, and Cnidium Compound had no oral toxicity. Conclusion Pure Chinese herbal extracts treat dermatitis and eczema by topical transdermal absorption, which is more convenient and cost-effective when compared with other dosage forms. It is more suitable for industrial production.
