摘　　要：＂三桶油＂对石油和天然气管道的垄断即将被打破。8月20日,一位知情人士向《中国企业家》记者证实,酝酿数年的油气管网独立方案或将在今年年底取得实质性进展。这意味着,将石油和天然气管道从＂三桶油＂中分拆出来,组建新的国家油气管网公司正成为现实。The monopoly held by China's three oil giants(China National Petroleum,China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation and China National Offshore Oil Corporation) on oil and natural gas pipelines is about to be broken up. On August 20 th, a source close to the matter confirmed for China Entrepreneur reporters that by the end of 2018, substantial progress will be made on a private oil and gas pipeline plan that has been in the works for years. This means that the three giants' hold on oil and natural gas pipelines will be taken away from them, and the formation of a new national oil and gas pipeline company will be realized.
