摘　　要：目的:从分工理论探究我国药师形成与发展并对促进药师职业发展提出合理化建议。方法:本文通过查阅文献溯源药师职业的形成与发展,讨论分工对药师职业的影响。结果与结论:社会分工和劳动分工促就了药师这一职业的形成。医药分业的本质是劳动分工,是当前药师发展受限的一个主要原因。与医师协议权利让渡及拓展工作内涵是国外药师不同于我国药师的发展途径。药师职业的发展离不开精准的定位与明确分工,制订良好的规划、完善立法、发挥协会作用可促进药师这一职业的发展。Objective： To explore the formation and development of Chinese pharmacists based on the theory of labor division and put forward reasonable suggestions for promoting the professional development of pharmacists. Methods： The origin and development of pharmacist occupation were traced and the influence of labor division on pharmacist occupation was discussed. Results and Conclusion： Social division of labor and labor division promoted the formation of pharmacist occupation. The essence of separation of pharmacy from medicine is the labor division, which is one of the main reasons for the current limited development of pharmacists. The transfer of pharmacist rights under agreement and extended connotation of profession are the development ways carried out abroad,making them different from those of China. The development of pharmacist occupation is closely related with precise positioning and clear labor division. Making good planning, improving legislation and playing the role of association can promote the development of pharmacist occupation.
