摘　　要：本文简述了中美贸易纠纷的概况,详细分析了美国采取贸易保护措施的六个原因,重点对未来中美知识产权竞争的趋势进行了剖析,并有针对性地提出了对策建议。The paper introduces the general situation of trade war between China the US in brief. Some causes are analyzed to take trade protection between the two countries by the US. Some focal points of IPR compete trends between the two countries are dissected. And some pertinence proposals are offered by the author.
