摘  要:以减二线蜡油为原料,采用润滑油加氢改质工艺、加氢改质生成油实沸点蒸馏切割成窄馏分、加氢改质大于360℃馏分溶剂脱蜡等流程进行生产轻质白油试验,探讨生产轻质白油系列产品的可行性。试验结果表明:随着加氢改质反应温度的提高,加氢生成油中轻质馏分的收率增加、重质馏分的收率减少,用做3#白油料的加氢改质生成油160~320℃馏分段收率明显增加,加氢改质生成油切割的相同馏分段窄馏分密度和黏度相应降低,加氢改质生成油切割大于360℃馏分溶剂脱蜡试验得到脱蜡油的收率减少、密度和黏度降低。In order to prove the feasibility of production of light white oil series products from vacuum distillate oil 2 line( VGO#2),experiments were performed,including the lube oil hydrogenation upgrading technology,cutting into a series of narrow fractions through the true boiling point distillation process and solvent dewaxing process of the fraction above 360 ℃ of hydrogenation upgrading oil. The results showed that the yield of hydrogenated light distillate increases with rising hydrogenation reaction temperature,along with the yield of heavy distillate decreases,and the yield of 160 ~ 320 ℃ fraction of hydrogenation upgrading oil for 3# white oil increases significantly.And the density and viscosity of narrow fraction in the same cut reduces,and the yield of dewaxing oil from the fraction above 360 ℃ of hydrogenation upgrading oil by solvent dewaxing test reduces,density and viscosity decreases.
