体育专业大学生体质健康状况与身体自尊相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生体质健康与身体自尊关系。方法:以长春师范大学体育专业600名大学生作为测试样本,采用体质测试法和问卷调查方法对大学生的体质健康状况与身体自尊水平进行调查,并分析两者的相关性。结果:长春师范大学体育专业的大学生体质健康状况高于全国大学生平均水平,男生身体自尊水平优于女生。大学生体质健康状况与身体自尊总体呈正相关关系。结论:大学生体质健康影响着身体自尊水平,对于身体自尊有促进作用。Objective To study the relationship between college students＇ physical health and physical self-esteem.Methods Totally 600 college students in Changchun Normal University were chosen as objects.The fitness testing method and questionnaire were used to investigate college students＇ physical health and physical self-esteem and analyzed the correlation between the two.Results Changchun Normal University students＇ physique health was higher than the national average college students,and the boy students＇ physical self-esteem level was better than the girls.College students＇ physical health had a generally positive correlation with physical self-esteem.Conclusions College students＇ physical health affects the physical self-esteem level,which will be good for promoting physical self-esteem.
