摘　　要：5-羟色胺受体1B基因的遗传变异可导致受体结构或表达量的改变,从而影响其在中枢神经系统中发挥正常功能。研究表明5-羟色胺神经递质功能紊乱在多种精神疾病的发病机制中起着重要的作用。本文综述了5-羟色胺受体1B的分布及功能、遗传多态性、基因变异与精神疾病的关系及其法医学意义。The genetic variation of serotonin receptor 1B（HTR1B） gene can lead to changes in the structure or expression of the receptor,thus affecting its normal function in the central nervous system.Previous studies have shown that the dysfunction of serotonin neurotransmitters plays an important role in the pathogenesis of multiple psychiatric disorders.This paper reviews the distribution,function and genetic polymorphism of serotonin receptor 1B,the relationship between HTR1B gene variance and mental illness,and its significance in forensic medicine.
